- Managed a $6M annual budget and a 14-person team across Pittsburgh, Qatar, and Rwanda.
- Ran workshops with 50+ participants and founded an Innovation Studio with 30 resident trainees.
- Led first-author study of phone-survey reliability across four districts in Madhya Pradesh (n=5,095 baseline, 375 phone). Published in BMJ Open.
- Supervised data collection for a 500-household USAID WASH study in the DRC and trained 20 field and lab assistants.
- Supported early childhood education research (Yale Child Study Center, funded by Dubai Cares) and outbreak preparedness (Center for Humanitarian Health). Wrote funder reports.
- Helped raise $1.5M as the organization became a social enterprise.
- Built supply chain, customs, and partnership work in South Africa and Bangladesh.
- Trained local teams to manufacture and monitor water purification systems, and adapted the product to regional water-handling habits.
