  • Designed a Zimbabwe Chapter, bringing Robotics Clubs and Coding Curriculum to 180 Nyadire school students, forged strategic partnerships, and led fundraising efforts. Trained teachers in coding and robotics, crafted expansion plans, and provided ongoing mentorship, monitoring, and evaluation into the program's 2nd year.

The Mindfulness Room Founder, Carnegie Mellon | 2012 - 2019

  • Secured and managed $25,000 in grants to innovate and build The Mindfulness Room, a room of resiliency, rejuvenation, and relaxation; collaborated with higher administration, facilities, faculty, staff, and students to identify and implement sustainable mental health and wellness initiatives for CMU

  • Operated marketing strategies and publicity, as featured in NY Times, NBC News, The Today Show; consulted for universities, high schools, and hospitals to build their own Mindfulness Rooms

  • Innovated several animal wellness initiatives such as Paws to Relax, a twice-weekly therapy animal program for stress relief; designed an Animal Friendly Housing initiative; developed and implemented therapy animal training for faculty and staff members in order to foster a stronger student-faculty/staff relationships; changed campus bylaws and policies for animals on campus while working with closely with housing and facilities, wellness initiatives, student affairs, and residential education
